From the left-hand pane, expand 
Tasks and choose 
Scheduled.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the task and from the menu, choose Suspend.
Tasks > Managing Scheduled Tasks > Suspend or resume a scheduled task
You can suspend active scheduled tasks, and resume scheduled tasks which have been suspended.
From the left-hand pane, expand Tasks and choose Scheduled.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the task and from the menu, choose Suspend.
From the left-hand pane, expand Tasks and choose Scheduled.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the task and from the menu, choose Resume.
